I know the MKZ of the same era had a serious problem with the dash warping and separating over the center stack, but not towards the windshield where to defroster and air bag are. It would be helpful if you edit your title and post for spelling and a clearer explanation. Assuming you are asking about a warped dash? What you do now depends on who you purchased from, when you purchased, and what the terms of your purchase were. Any warranty from the seller? It is a 12 year old vehicle, so it is unclear what type of warranty you may have through the seller, if any. If it was a private seller, sales are usually as-is. If it was a Dealer, then you can ask them to repair it...if there is a warranty. If there is no warranty and they will not fix it, then you have the choice of living with it or having it repaired/repairing it yourself. Bottom line...You will need to ask them. SalR Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 Idk if you ever got the dash fixed, mine is warped between the air bag and windshield also, I have an active recall for the air bag and I'm hoping the dealership can repair it while they perform the service on the airbag. We'll see... I just had the airbag recall done on my 07 se, I also have a warped dash near the airbag, they didn’t touch it stating it’s a separate issue.
