Short answer: Yes, you can. The slightly longer explanation: Cost is relative and hard to determine, since the most inexpensive way would be to source parts from salvage yards. However, since you are in the Middle East, salvage yard Fusions would be few and far between. And from some of your past spots, it seems finding parts for your Fusion is not easy where you are. In addition to hardware replacement, there would also be programming which would need to be performed. And you would need to source the proper NAV system maps for your area. Not too difficult here in the US, but again, possibly difficult and/or expensive in the Middle East. I'll leave figuring out Middle Eastern navigation retrofit costs for a 2017 non-navigation Fusion to other members here. ? Good luck.
