daughterhasa2013
Hello: My Daughter recently bought a used 2013 Fusion. She does not have any sound - although the radio turns on, a cd will play, and music from a phone via USB will show it is playing - no sound from any of these - the volume knob shows it should be loud but nothing. She has the factory stereo and we have researched and attempted: reset, unplugging the battery, and have checked all micro fuses related to the radio and speakers. Any other ideas?
eric_eric_eric
Maybe all the speakers are blown and/or disconnected.

Silly question: You have checked the Mute setting to ensure it is not enabled? If it is not the Mute button (and you have checked the fuses), then you will probably need someone with Audio system expertise on this one. Where did she purchase from? Any used car warranty? Keep us updated and good luck. Edited March 23, 2020 by bbf2530
