I have a ford fusion 2008 and I just had my serpentine belt replaced and tensioner but everything works fine but my heat stopped working...is it possible for the belt to be on wrong for one of the pulleys rotates backwords

Hi Griffky. More information would be helpful. What do you mean by "...my heat stopped working? Is the fan not operating or not? If the fan is operating, are all fan speeds operating, but the air is cold/not heated? Is the air warmed at all?

Did the heat stop working immediately after you had the serpentine belt changed?

If you had a shop do the work, take it back to the shop and have them check the belt. If you did it yourself, check the belt routing diagram under the hood to be sure it is installed properly.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.
