Looking for like new Sony radio controls out of a 2nd gen Fusion, not the screen or what's behind it just the face of it. Looking for the one with actual buttons not the touch ones. Pic is what I'm looking for.

It's very tedious process to find used parts, having to call each junkyards, ask for pictures and hope for good customer service. But it can be done with a little bit of patience and save some money.

What you want is called the FCIM.  It's not just buttons though, the circuit board is integrated into the part, so "what's behind it" is essential to the function (though the screen and Audio Control Module are seperate, so you don't need those).  This means you will need to reprogram any new module you install, so as long as you're prepared for that task, you should be able to use any part from a 2016+ Fusion.
