Levi Arlington Posted April 29, 2020 Share Posted April 29, 2020 (edited) I have a 2014 Ford Fusion with the 1.5 ecoboost motor. I’m having a little trouble with it though. Check engine light came on and the code is a P0301 (misfire in cylinder 1). But the car drives just fine, it only sounds weird when I start it when the engine is cold. On a cold start it sputters a little bit and idles weird, but then calms down and idles regularly after about 30-60 seconds. I originally thought this was a spark plug issue or an ignition coil problem, but I am not sure now. Any thoughts?
