Ponyguy
Gentlemen (and the occasional lady), Every night, I plug my 2019 Fusion Energie in to recharge. As I plug the "J-1772 plug" into the lighted ring, I hear some clicking and clacking going on under the hood. (If my car was a little older, it would have an under-hood blanket, and I wouldn't hear the noise.) In addition, I hear a fan running out in the back, probably to cool the traction battery while it charges. Okay, all seems well. Would there be any advantage to opening the car's windows and the trunk lid to help ventilate the vehicle while it charges? My garage has been well over 85 degrees every evening this week, and when I step out of the air-conditioned house into the garage, it hits me like a "wall of warmth." I've not had any trouble with the way things have worked thus far, but I thought I'd ask.
