transmission fluid leaking into the engine oil

Daughter came home said the car was not shifting properly. Found transmission oil low. Topped up same checked Engine oil was over full.

Changed oil and filter, drove away fine.2 weeks later checked again found same problem....? No oil on the driveway. red colour of oil on engine oil dipstick.

No. Your car has electric power steering.  There's no fluid involved.   That aside, it wouldn't be possible with hydraulic PS either.  As stated by akirby, there's no connection between the transmission and the engine's crankcase.

 

Maybe if the trans cooler was leaking into the radiator AND you had a blown head gasket or cracked block with contaminated coolant leaking into a cylinder.  The odds of that scenario, however, are about the same as winning the Powerball.  Does it smoke on startup? Have you had the car looked at professionally?

I was just wondering when they replaced the rack that they had to undo some lines and crossed them. The car runs fine no smoke and the anti freeze is clean. I am in the process of taking it in just don't want to get hosed.

Again,  not possible.  What lines do you think it's possible to cross?
