dscanman Posted September 2, 2020 Share Posted September 2, 2020 Hi - 2010 Fusion - current side view mirrors are power mirrors with heat/puddle light/blind spot. Need to replace both mirrors and wanted to know about using a different type of mirror (ex: heat/puddle light, but no blind spot) as the mirrors with the blind spot technology are expensive and harder to find. Looks like the electrical connectors for each mirror type may be different. Wanted to see if anyone has had success using a different mirror type or modifying the electrical connector to accept a different type of mirror.
