Hi I'm looking for information on how to get more power from my 2019 ford fusion 1.5 l Ecoboost. Ie more horsepower if possible from chips etc

Hi Markco. Chips are not worth the money. You can try an aftermarket "tune", if any are available for the 1.5L EcoBoost. A tune may give you a little more power. But keep in mind, it is a 1.5L engine and any gains will be small.

Also, keep in mind that adding any aftermarket items/modifications, such as a "tune", "chip", "cold air intake", etc., can/will lead to warranty claims denial issues, if you should have engine/transmission or other problems later, which can even remotely be connected to the aftermarket items/modifications. In other words, doing so can/will lead to problems with your 3 year/36,000 mile New Car Warranty, and your 5 year/60,000 mile Powertrain Warranty.

In all honesty, if you want better performance, you would be better off getting a Fusion with the larger engine, or a Fusion Sport. Otherwise, I would recommend sticking to appearance modifications.

I am sure others will jump in with their own opinions and advice.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
