New here from Central Florida. I traded my 2007 GMC Sierra for a 2013 Ford Fusion SE about 4 months ago. I have always driven trucks, but with two kids it was easier with a car. I'm also in a car crew and was the only one in a lifted truck, so it was time for a change! I now have TSW wheels, Godspeed lowering springs, a tuner chip, and exhaust. I love my Fusion, but there are some flaws and I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problems. Shifting from 2nd to 3rd it almost seems like the transmission neutralizes for only a second the rest of the gears shift fine and the problem hasn't changed in anyway worse or better after updates to the sensors or even after a bottle of trans-x.

Welcome, Venom!   We're glad to have you aboard.  There have been complaints about the 2-3 shift quality with the 6F35 trans in your car.  If you search the forums using that as a keyword, you'll find plenty of discussion on the topic.  FYI, Ford recommends against additives in the transaxle.  Do you know when the trans fluid was last changed in this car?  Have you tried a fluid change?  You'll find how-tos on that here as well.
