In my experience over the last 3 years, SYNC 3 Navigation updates have been released in late June-early August and are described as including all updates through the first quarter of the release year. So if that holds true again this year, you can expect NA 1 20 to be released around that time this year. And that NA 1 20 update will include all updates through the first quarter of 2021.
