No power to powerports

I have no power to all three of the powerports. All of the fuses checked alright. I was wandering if they have a common relay or where would the ground be located. Thanks.

Yes, I realize you posted in the 2016 Fusion sub-forum. However, members often post in the incorrect sub-forums. And additionally, it makes it easier if the model year is right in the thread itself. Saves searching around.

 

Also, did you check your Owners Manual fuse lists and diagrams for the location all all fuses and relays pertaining to the power ports?

I have a 2012 Fusion with same problem, no power to the front 12 volt power port. Checked the 20 amp fuse #29 in the under the hood fuse/relay box and it's good? Inspected the wiring I could see no indication of damage, also looked at the plug in socket, no damage there either? Not having this up front charging port is a pain...need some help solving this...thanks.
