Hi Rodney and welcome to the Ford Fusion Forum. Is your 2019 Fusion still within the 3 year/36,00 mile New Vehicle Warranty? If yes, make an appointment for service so the problem can be properly diagnosed and corrected. Have you recently manually folded the passenger side mirror? If yes, we sometimes need to follow a procedure to reinitialize the power fold mirrors. The procedure is explained and listed in your Owners Manual. If that does not work, then there is a problem with the mirror. Could be a connector, broken wiring harness, fuse etc. Blind Internet Diagnosis? The fact that the BLIS system is also not working would lead one to believe it may be a wiring/electrical/electronic/fuse issue. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
