Have a 2012 Fusion.  It has a USB port in the bottom part of the center console towards the dashboard below the AUX.  There is a power point, or what I call a cigarette lighter plug, to the right of these in the console.

Hi zee and welcome to the Ford Fusion Forum. First, did you follow the instructions in your Owners Manual and/or SYNC Owners Guide for "resetting the radio"? Actually, what you need to do is reset "SYNC". If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/parts-service/resources/owner-manuals/

In addition, it is  entirely possible your 2010 Fusion does not have the capability to connect a phone. All models of the 2010 Fusion had a phone button (parts commonality), but having the phone button does not necessarily mean the particular vehicle has phone/Bluetooth connectivity.

Check your Owners Manual for the proper instructions for your 2010 Fusion, and see if it helps.

Keep us updated and good luck.
