All the above come on.  Car drives fine.  Remind me of when the restraint control module went bad. There was a recall on that.  If I remember correctly,  the GPS was messed up when that occurred.  So I put on Nav screen and it is close,  but sometimes goes crazy then straightens out.  Often shows not on any road,  then corrects.  Since no longer under warranty,  thinking about trying to fix myself.  Any thoughts on what issue could be?  My wife was driving in bad weather when this suddenly happened.  I guess need forscan and a ELM reader to start.  But  I am confused.  Forscan is free download. Do I need license to diagnose or only if I want to change settings?

I had this last year, same issue. The cause was a corroded and broken front wheel ABS sensor wire. I was puzzled for a few months couldn't find anything wrong. I went as far as to replace all 4 ABS wheel sensors, Turned out to be the sensor cable was just corroded and broken inside the plastic wire loom just after the ABS connector, so of course when I replaced the sensor it didn't fix it because the wire break was further along on the other side of the connector. Doh. Anyhow, there is a youtube video showing this and how to fix it. The corrosion and break on mine was IDENTICAL to what's on the video. A quick clean and re-solder of the broken wire solved everything. No code clearing or reprogramming needed.
