Chancy Posted February 2, 2023 Share Posted February 2, 2023 Hi Folks, I am new to the forum and looking for help. My daughters 2012 Fusion SE's A/C comperssor cycles on for 3-4 secs then off for 20-30 seconds for 5-7 minutes then it stays off. The pressure is low yet it is hard to add refrigerant with the comressor running so little. Also I noticed the radiator fan does not come on immdediately (as mine does in my 2011) but cycles on & off only as needed to cool the engine. Could the lack of the engine fan running when in A/C mode affect this? I have checked fuses and replaced the compressor relay, which tested bad (it wasn't running at all before). The air out the vents is the outside air temperature, not heated. Any suggestions on what it might be or where to go next?
