My girlfriends car hasn't started since Thursday afternoon, battery is good reading 12.6 volts and was installed new a few months ago, I put a brand new starter on, and is now making the same clicking sound from inside the cluster and still not starting, also it's blowing the #10 30A Ignition Coil/PCM fuse every time I try and turn it over. I am completely stumped as to what it could be. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Had same issue. You are not going to like this but it sounds like a starter issue. That fuse is a 30 amp and has to be a 30 amp. Take the started off and have AutoZone test it they will do that for free. My starter was newish but I put a new one on and it was sounding fine when it would start but the new starter fixed it.
