Ford Tells Me Dealer May Not Have Done Recall Work Properly

Took my '15 FFH in to get 15S08 (Steering Bolt) and 19S25 (Seatbelt Pretensioner) Recalls fixed. A few weeks later, Ford sent me the attached letter stating that their audit suggests that the work wasn't done correctly. I contacted the dealer and they'd never heard of such a letter and were quite surprised. Has anyone here had a similar experience? Any advice? Should I go to a different Dealer?

Hi Larry. Make an appointment to have it checked by another Ford or Lincoln Dealership. Follow the instructions in the letter to mention the letter, recall number etc.

The audit could have shown the dealer had the wrong part numbers on the repair order that they submitted to Ford for reimbursement.

There was one sent out for the latch recall a while back where a second one went out due to some dealers using the original part which was in their on hand stock rather than the new revised part.
