murphybrown Posted May 16, 2023 Share Posted May 16, 2023 Hi Guys, I am murphybrown, I am looking for troubleshooting information for a central display on a 2013 fusion. I am retired and no longer have access to alldata or service manuals. The display has been working most of the time and once in a while it would go out and usually come back on when you restarted the car. today it went black. I have tried the reset from youtube with the left radio knob and the search button, and the one with the right steering wheel button and the search button. The screen changes like dif levels of back lighting. But there is no text or pictures. I have checked the relays and fuses in the engine compartment.
