It's a known problem that has been plaguing Fusion owners for years. Are you having these repeated repairs made at a Ford dealer or an independent shop? Ford may have a solution to this issue. vennomracing Posted December 4, 2023 Share Posted December 4, 2023 Get the Duramax pulley, a piece of 3/8 steel fuel line. Cut the fuel line into a spacer goes through the pulley and timing cover slot. New bolt. And send it.
