Hello, I am having issues with my 2018 Ford fusion hybrid. Could this possibly be the 12 volt battery aswell?

I replaced my power steering, checked all my grounds replaced a headlight assembly, checked all my fuses and my front and left abs wires and I can't figure it out. I'm getting no communication codes to everything.

Start with the obvious, get that 12V battery tested.  If the 12V battery is good and nothing will communicate then unfortunately you'll need an advanced scan tool and some troubleshooting diagrams.  It's likely 1 module is down and it's dragging the network down, but there should be 2-3 network lines and for them all to be down at once is going to make it that much harder to deal with.  If you have a known good shop that can diagnose electrical issues you'd be better off paying them to figure it out.
