relative4
Looking at a 2017 Fusion Sport with an enormous leak of sludgy greasy oily mess at the rear left suspension. For the life of me, I can NOT find the source of the leak. Not a CV boot, not the differential, not the wheel bearing, everything that turns is fine. And it's not coming from the shock. But it is all over the fuel & evap lines, and the suspension arms. It's just a huge mess down there. When driving slowly, the car makes enormous popping noises like the axle is broken or something. And you can feel it as well as you can hear. As you go faster, it mostly smooths out. Is this a known problem on these cars?

WKelley
I would check the differential and see if it has any fluid left in it, my guess is that it's empty and ready to explode.
