felan999 Posted July 13, 2023 Share Posted July 13, 2023 I have been searching for a very long time on how to remove or simply clean the throttle body on my 2013 ford fusion 2.0t and have found absolutely nothing so im here to ask for your help. I located the throttle body and a month later found this video confirming the location, but still nothing on how to access it. hoping someone has removed or at least cleaned this piece without removal. any info helps 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
twiggy144 Posted July 14, 2023 Share Posted July 14, 2023 Ford Fusion 2013-2018 2.0 l turbo throttle body removal: 1. remove the splash shield under the engine ( 11 bolts) 2. disconnect the quick release coupling to the throttle body and the collar of the air duct to the throttle body 3. disconnect the electrical connector 4. remove 4 bolts of the throttle body torque 10Nm or 7 ft-lb 5. to install, reverse the steps, install new throttle body gasket 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
