2017 se not dual zone cold passenger, warm driver

Just purchased 2017 fusion se with AC issue (advertised that way). Found leak and repaired. Charged with Freon (AC pro). Passenger side ice cold and driver side is warm. Not hot somewhere close to ambient temp but a bit cooler (ambient 85-90, temp I'd guess 75-80ish). My understanding in only one blend door on this (non dual zone) car. Interesting thing is when I turn on and switch to full heat, it's opposite. i.e. Driver side full heat and pass side warm but not full heat. I removed glove box and took a look at actuator. It looks like it is working fine. Full range of motion. Question. Is there a single baffle that this controls or are there 2 (one pass, one driver)? There is a white piece that slides along a white plate with a grease trail and a small thin metal wire connector on the bottom. Both move when adjusting temp control. Any ideas what this could be?
