It is explained in the Owners Manual. To find the correct pages in the copy for your vehicle, it may be easiest to download the PDF version here: https://www.fordpro.com/en-us/fleet-vehicles/manuals-and-guides/ Then perform a search in the PDF for the word "Shuffle".
