Sinditdomo Posted August 5, 2023 Share Posted August 5, 2023 (edited) Hi, I have a 2015 fusion se and all of a sudden the instrument panel went blank, ac stopped working, power windows and locks stopped working, blinkers wouldn’t work, and the power steering seemed to have gotten stiffer. It did not throw a check engine light and I went to autozone and they said they couldn’t do anything. My one friend who knows some stuff about cars, checked the fuses(said they were all good), checked the battery and alternator(said both were working and that the connections on the battery post were clean from corrosion and snug on the battery terminal posts). He disconnected the battery for 20 minutes to reset the cars computer and everything’s working again. He’s just as baffled as I am on why all of a sudden that would happen. I was driving slow in a Starbucks parking lot when this all happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks !
