Sirius XM reverting back to channel 0

Okay so I had this problem after going into self test on accident my sirius xm keeps reverting back to channel 0 or the radio ID channel an thoughts all my presets are still there but it kinda piss me off that it keeps doing this also my radio will sometimes revert to fm

What version Sync3 are you on?  There are quite a few reports out there for this issue on Sync3 v3.4.22251  Some have fixed it by doing multiple consecutive Master Resets.  Others have updated to a newer version using Cyan Labs (Ford unsupported) as Ford has not officially released anything newer than 3.4.22251.

Yeah it's 3.4.22251 thanks I didn't know that other people have been having this issue well make me one of them haha
