BTKOSTRUB Posted November 15, 2023 Share Posted November 15, 2023 Hello everyone, I have a 2016 Ford Fusion with the 4 inch display and a Sync 1 module. I got what seems a common problem. Pressing phone, media, and voice recognition buttons and nothing happens. I checked into it and my module part number on the module itself doesn’t match what shows up on FORScan. Could that be the problem? Oh yeah, I just recently bought this car used so not sure what is going on here. Please advise on what to do and how to handle it. I attached pictures.
