Complete Lost (Hybrid No Start after Inverter Replacement)

History

My daughter was coming home from town  when she called and said her car was doing something weird defined as driving slow with no power.

I headed her way and she began driving slowly home. I saw her and told her to pull over in a parking lot.

When I got in and put it in drive the car would just jerk like it was wanting to move but not go anywhere, then the gas engine would start up and the RPMs would start to go up at which point I turned the ignition off.

After having the vehicle towed to my home, I hooked my scanner up and the code P0A78 (Drive Motor A Inverter Performance) was found. After some research I found that most likely the inverter under the hood was bad. So I purchased a used one with low mileage and replaced it.

Now when you turn the key on nothing happens, the P0A78 code is now gone, but there are two new ones.

P161A (Incorrect Response From Immobilizer Control Module)

P1A10 (Hybrid Powertrain Control Module - Battery Prohibited)

I have tried looking around these forums, other forums, and google and I keep getting conflicting information. I assume that the problem is a mismatch between the PCM and and the SOBDMC. The questions are one can this be fixed somehow with Forscan and AB files? Is there something else I need to be looking at? I really hate to take it to Ford dealer as unfortunately the closet Ford dealer is 45 mins away and Wreckers want an arm and a leg these days with gas prices.

Thank you for your time looking and offering advice.

Have you had any luck ?? I'm in the same boat. I did reprogram the transmission strategy and I.d that is stored in the inverter but still the same codes as you and I'm not successful with the forscan software.
