Shelly
I recently purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. I’m having a couple of issues and the Ford dealership can’t find the causes: 1) At about 40 mph I feel a vibration consistently. 2) At lower speeds when turning the steering wheel, I sometimes hear and feel something possibly catching. I can hear it and feel it under my feet. Ford has balanced and rotated the tires and can’t seem to find a fix or anything wrong. Ideas?
WKelley
I'd be checking CV axles.

WKelley
Yes and I'd also be checking the bushings on the steering rack or tight/bent tie rods for the steering issue. Someone needs to take a good look around under there, Ford dealerships have their limitations, the one you went to might not even have any high level technicians.
