Heater not working when car is started with a remote starter.

I just installed an aftermarket remote starter for my ford fusion 2019. Remote starter does work but does not turn on my heater. The only way heater turns on is when I push the car starter button once. Anybody who installed remote starter here? Did it work well for you?

Does this remote start brand advertise that it can interface with the factory climate control?  If not, then you'll have to leave your HVAC system on when you shut the car off.  The best source of information in your case would be the manufacturer's tech support line instead of asking us here, as it's unlikely you'll find a member who's familiar with your particular system.

I got reply from their tech and was told to start the engine with the push start button and set the heater and fan before turning the engine off. Then I started the car with the remote start and it worked. Fan and heater is working.
