Danilo Posted February 10 Share Posted February 10 I just installed an aftermarket remote starter for my ford fusion 2019. Remote starter does work but does not turn on my heater. The only way heater turns on is when I push the car starter button once. Anybody who installed remote starter here? drolds1 Posted February 11 Share Posted February 11 Does this remote start brand advertise that it can interface with the factory climate control? If not, then you'll have to leave your HVAC system on when you shut the car off. Danilo Posted February 12 Author Share Posted February 12 I got reply from their tech and was told to start the engine with the push start button and set the heater and fan before turning the engine off.
