Mark from VA Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 My 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid's operation in EV mode operation is sporadic after dealer service. This problem seemed to have happened before too - vehicle gets routine service (oil and filter change and their multi-point inspections) and a state inspection and comes back where the EV mode does not work at all or works only occasionally and different from when I took it in. And the fact it is winter makes it more complicated, because EV mode does not always work frequently when it is cold. Vehicle has just over 100,000 miles and has Application Performance Upgrade 22G04 for the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
