Haha I think it needs to be bigger. I've had a handful of people ask, "what is that?" or "who makes this car?" Umm, hello do you not see the big blue Ford badge on it? :do what: Oh well, at least only one guy, a neighbor has said "hey is that a new Ford Five Hundred?" :doh copy:

Yeah, not a big fan the the Five Hundred's exterior. And, I don't think a grille job will change that  - but I hope it does.

Does anyone know how to remove the nasty "Ford" logo of my front grill. I love the 3-layer chrome look, but the oval Ford emblem sticks out like a sore thumb. I know its a Ford, but the whole world doesnt have to know it. :shades:

LOOKS LIKE THE EMBLEM IS HELD ON BY TWO SPEED NUTS ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE GRILLE. CHECK IT OUT!

I can't imagine anyone buying a Fusion would want to remove the distinctive big blue oval. That's part of the appeal. It shouts out to the world: "This is not one of those generic Asian things."

Agreed - the big blue oval looks awesome on there.

Robert,

After just one month of ownership I am beginning to have second thoughts about the "big blue oval." Maybe that's because after 713 miles I'm only averaging 13 mpg in-city, a far cry from the EPA-estimated 19 mpg on the window sticker.
