fusionff
While I'm not a big fan of aftermarket exhausts on anything other than an 8 cylinder, Magnaflow or Borla seem to be the best sounding. Listen to some Fusion exhaust clips on Youtube.

BlackBetty
Have a look at other vehicles with the same motor like the Taurus and edge.
TJ@Steeda
Hey Melissaxo, Steeda has some great exhaust systems that will sound awesome on your Sport. If you do a quick youtube search on the subject: Ford Fusion Magnaflow Exhaust- The first one references an exhaust system sold by Steeda. There are some great options out there but you won't have to worry about warranty or issues associated with our parts. We do a lot of work with Ford Motor Company to develop our parts so not only are you getting great quality, but you are getting the satisfaction of knowing these parts were made exactly the way they should be for the Fusion with the help of Ford. Please let me know I can provide any additonal back up, or questions that you may have. Thanks TJ Magnaflow Exhaust-Steeda
10SBMSport
This is an exhaust designed by MRT based out of Plymouth, MI. I think it sounds amazing and right now I'm just waiting until they have time to do mine. They should have the kit done Q1 2012. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwEoekPL4mU
TJ@Steeda
Aren't they located in the Industrial district in Plymouth? I remember they had a large shop back there but heard they recently moved?

10SBMSport
Aren't they located in the Industrial district in Plymouth? I remember they had a large shop back there but heard they recently moved? As far as I know, they are still located there. They have been rather busy so I still haven't gotten my car in. That video was taken in the Industrial Park earlier this year, so it should still be there.
Fusionpursuit
I looked at the bottom of my car Ford Fusion Sport 2011 (its the older 1 hangar set up) I have the 3.0 exhaust set up, so I guess if I wanted to get the magnaflow catback system, I can only get the 16675 version which has the single hangar before the y split. Thats the 3.0L exhaust system. the 3.5 dual hangar system wont work on my Sport, since they did not build my Sport with the newer dual hangar part. Only bonus I get is lower price, cause the single hangar system is cheaper than the dual hangar system from magnaflow I am pondering about getting the magnaflows, but some say its just expensive sound set up (little or no performance effect)
Fusionpursuit
Also another concern is I live in an apartment and I would have to get a muffler shop to install it, mine appears to be the older kind and it is completely all welded all the way to the cats. I know the magnaflows come in sections you can bolt on, but the stock muffler is all welded from the exhaust all the way to the cats. so Id have to stick the entire system in my trunk with the seats down and probably over the pax seat. Id have to bring lots of plastic wrap to keep the interior from getting dirty. Anyone ever bring stock muffler back home, if any of you installed it away from your home? seems like a little hassle With my old Focus, the stock muffler had to be sawed off to install an aftermarket :P Edited January 19, 2012 by Fusionpursuit
