I realize you're new here, but there's a search function at the top of the page. When you have a question, chances are it's been asked before.

Try starting here.

I second that and would also like to add at least he posted his question in the right forum. Too many newcomers post problems in the Welcome forum, and that's just annoying IMO.

Incidently your rim might not need touched up at all. The rims have a protective coating over them and unless you scratched them all the way through there may not be any damage. I had some bad "scuffs" on two of my rims that I was certain was damage. However after I cleaned them a couple of times they started to disappear. Turns out the "damage" was nothing more than some nasty grim, that I was eventually able to rub off. It looked like damage but was probably just some baked in glue from plastic sheeting or whatever was on the rims to protect them during shipment, as this was a problem I noticed after taking delivery. Try buffing it off with a soft cloth before pushing the panic button, you may be pleasantly surprised like me. :beerchug:

Sorry about that, Thanks for the info though, I am going to order that wheel restoration kit that the other thread recommended because my scratches are pretty deep. For 15 bucks I cant see myself going wrong there. just wanted to hide it somewhat because I am hoping to tint and doing some other appearance changes soon. I love this car

Hope it works out for you. They are lovable speed demons... :burnout:

The paint job on the factory rims is terrible. It comes off so easily over time. I bought an almost perfect set of 2011 sport rims for 150 bucks and im going to have them powder coated and cleared. That should solve that problem.
