LucidLight
I placed my order for a Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium on 12/27 with my companies X-Plan. There is still no VIN or information from the Dealer. They said this is "normal". I know the Hybrid Titaniums were not starting to be produced until Jan 7th, but I thought I would have something by now. Should I be worried? Also can you use the $750 coupon on top of the X-Plan price? James
jeff_h
There are 11 or 12 other users on this forum or on the hybrid forum that are in the same boat... mine was ordered in November, and 2-3 others were ordered in late October, still no VIN.
akirby
The $750 coupon is usually ok with X plan but you need to check the fine print for restrictions or ask the dealer.
green.cubic
I just wanted to say thanks to the original poster who got me thinking about if the company I work for is elidgible for X-Plan (it is) and saved me some cash. I had a deposit down and am currently waiting for delivery from factory (not yet built) and was able to sneak this discount in before it was too late. I hadn't thought about this otherwise - Cheers!
ctrcbob
I also have my X-Plan information all printed out, but when I picked out the hard to find Fusion Titanium I wanted, the dealer down in Tampa tried to pull a fast one on me by insulting me, only offering me "penuts" for my SHO on trade. He lied to me about many things. Told him I will not purchase from him, even if he offered me more for my trade. Because of health issues, I still have not purchased a Fusion Titanium, but I can wait, plus my X-Plan sheet does not expire for a year. Even if it expires, I can still get another one.
Fastronaut
Keep the faith. We are all anxiously awaiting the first one of us whose Hybrid Ti orders get scheduled.
fritch1616
I placed an order for a 2013 FFH Ti on 2/14 with a dealer. They advisd me that Ford was going to start taking the orders on 2/15, but they pushed the date out again. The first build date was going to be 3/11, but that is up in the air now as well. I figure I won't see the car until sometime in May.
