SCA_Ford
I'm posting this so you can have a good laugh at my expense from my purchase of the 2013 FFH a few weeks ago. So I've been waiting for the right color and options for weeks. I finally see the right one at a local dealer and agree on a price by phone. I get there the next morning to sign the papers and I find that the free 2-year subscription to SIRIUS XM had ended 2 nights before ... ARGHHH. I couldn't use my $750 rebate card because it had expired (expiration in the back of the card - I didn't notice because it was still glued to the brochure) ... double ARGHHH. I still went on and bought it. Yesterday, Ford sent me another $750 rebate ... of course, ARGHHH. I still love the car ... my MPG ranges daily from 42 to 58 ... awesome!!! I owned 5 Japanese and 2 German cars previously. I'm proud to finally own a Ford ... the first couple of weeks, I've been telling all my friends and family members how great the FFH is ... these people all own Asian and German cars ... the free marketing has stopped now that I'm shopping for SIRIUS XM deals :-(
Titanium_2013
The dealership will almost always except the 750$ coupon regardless of the expiration date. If not, take the new coupon the dealership and they will honor the new coupon.. Easy as that! Seriously, people do it on this forum all the time. As for the Sirius XM deal, talk to Sirius and explain that the car was specially ordered by Ford and is a deal breaker for you if they don't help you out, and they usually will help out in that situation.. The customer service reps have the ability to knock prices off subscriptions, unlike other companies.
acdii
When I bought my Flex Ecoboost, that very same day I brought it home, in the mail was a $750 coupon! I feel your pain!
akirby
When I bought my Flex Ecoboost, that very same day I brought it home, in the mail was a $750 coupon! I feel your pain! The coupon should have already been in VINcent - that's done before it's mailed. Did you check with the dealer to make sure it wasn't overlooked?
jeff_h
I get there the next morning to sign the papers and I find that the free 2-year subscription to SIRIUS XM had ended 2 nights before ... What 2-year free subscription to Sirius? Mine is 6 months... what type of offer was that, and by whom? Sirius, Ford, your specific dealer?
2011se25
I've been canceling my Sirius subscription every 3-6 months since I bought the car, and they keep giving me free months. That said I will probably can it after the latest promotion runs out because they started charging for online listening.
Disturbed1
Never listened to it while I had it for free, music is repetitive and the talk shows all sound like something you'd find on regular radio these days anyways. Plug in your iPod and enjoy your own music that you've bought with the money you've saved on Sirius

acdii
Canceling my Music Only this month on my 10, and going to let the trial expire on the new one. I havent even turned it on yet in the new one. For $4 a month Ad free Pandora is much better. For 40 hours a month free, Ad based Pandora is even better. For areas of no reception when traveling, Flashdrive music! However, keeping the Travel Link in both, its less than $2 a month to have it, and the weather, movies, and gas prices makes it very useful, especially while traveling.
